So good to be back at an MDT appointment. Everyone was very interested in how I am doing and took time to listen to my concern/worries. 

Got good advice and felt that I came away with a plan of what I am going to do.

So much better than having several appointment on different occasions. The team then meet together and discuss all aspects of my progress and plan for the future. It is very much a productive approach instead of a reactive one to a crisis.

It is a really holistic approach which covers every aspect of my neurological condition.

It was so good to see everyone in the team face-to-face rather than over the phone. It is so much easier to discuss difficult topics in person and to get a cognitive assessment and blood pressure.

It is really a Gold Standard clinic. Please don't change anything!
