"My visit to get bloods"

About: Community Hubs / Community Hub - Forres Health and Care Centre

(as the patient),

Normal day getting bloods, obviously anxious because who enjoys getting there bloods taken. The guy taking them is Ex forces so being forces myself it does settle the nerves, also the fact we have the same sense of humour.

Routine appointment, no messing about, felt welcome

Dear Indigowj47,

Thank you so much for getting in touch with such lovely feedback. Helping patients feel at ease and good communication are at the heart of what we do, and I agree, a sense of humour is very important for settling nerves in anxious situations. I’ll make sure to pass on your feedback to the team as I’m sure it’ll make them smile.

Take care,

Helen
