I suffered that initially was thought to be a Stroke. At A&E I was treated promptly & with respect.
Fortunately turned out to be a problem with my inner ear. I also have Cerebral Palsy & use a wheelchair & walking sticks.
I'd like to send a BIG thank you from the 999 call handlers, Paramedics, A&E team, Staff of J North & porters. EVERYONE!I was REALLY impressed how they accommodated my existing CP, i.e putting my table on my good side & for their patience, giving me the extra time I needed for basic tasks. NOT once was I made to feel a burden.There are too many people to thank, so if I have forgotten to mention you, I apologise.
Yes the NHS has it's issues, but given the resources they have to work with, I take my hat off.
People can be too quick to criticise, so I feel it's only fair to offer praise where it's due.
Thanks you, & keep up the excellent work.
