"Excellent post surgical care"

About: Trauma & Orthopaedics / Ward 4C Trauma & Orthopaedics / Ward 4D

(as a carer),

Thank you Royal 4C and 4D for the outstanding service. My partner's surgery on its own at Musgrave went well, but he was unwell post surgical and had to be transferred to 4C. Everyone on 4C works well together and my stress definitely lessened. Mya and Josh admitted him, and Josh placed a very difficult iv with the ultrasound machine. 4C and 4D (spinal) worked together to place him in the best area for care. He is still healing and still inpatient but we wanted to say a very big thank you to everyone; especially Lijo and Lauren in 4c; the amazing housekeeper in 4C with short brown hair and fringe; Michelle the charge RN in 4D, Catherine from physio, Orla and Bal and everyone else I can’t remember the names of! Youre making a huge difference to people. You cannot train people to be good humans- they either are or they aren’t. These two wards are smoothly ran and with respect and care. Thanks so so so much x
