I had Olivia from family nurse partnership as my health visitor for 2 years and I couldn’t of asked for any better than herself.
From the first day I met Olivia she made me feel comfortable and was so easy to talk to about my concerns I had or help I needed regarding being a new mum, she was always on the other end of the phone if I needed advice on anything, she was always so kind and caring and was an amazing friend as well as health visitor.
Only bad thing I would say is that she had to leave us and 2 years wasn’t long enough , we will miss her dearly she was an amazing person and I will always remember and be thankful for Olivia always being there for me and my child.
It is an amazing partnership and I highly recommend any young new mums that are offered this to take it.

Family Nurses do develop a very strong and therapeutic relationship with their young clients. Becoming a mum at any age is daunting and Family Nurse Partnership Programme is tailored to meet the needs of young mums and their babies. It sounds like you have really benefitted from Olivia's support over the last 2 years and it is very positive to hear you recommending the Programme to other young mums to be.
I have no doubt you will continue to receive excellent support and guidance from your new Health visitor and wish you and your child all the best for the future.
