"Very grateful for the holistic approach"

About: NHS Dumfries and Galloway / COVID-19 Vaccination Service

(as a parent/guardian),

I would like to thank the vaccination team at Dumfries for dealing with us as individuals and accommodating our needs. That makes such a huge difference dealing with individuals who can rather than systems that can't.

My thanks to Lorna and Emily, who phoned us and made arrangements for our vaccinations around my son's chemo and the rest of the family's needs. 

I am very grateful for the holistic approach shown to us while making those multiple interactions with health care at the moment. It makes a big difference. Thank you.
