(as a service user),

Today I had a colonoscopy requested by the bowel screening service following a call back 3 yrs ago. Last time I had eight polyps removed . This time three.

On both occasions, from being greeted by the receptionist to being delivered back to my husband, I received excellent care from everyone. Friendly, caring and professional staff at every level. 

Thank you Grantham endoscopy department.
