This is an absolute fantastic outlet for ones like myself. They made me feel so welcome and included from day 1. Mood wise I really wasn’t stable during my time with the trained team but they were so helpful every step of the way which I will always be grateful for. The hub has really good facilities catering for all. A massive thank you to one girl in particular that went far and beyond her job description to help me, I will always be grateful. The centre itself is excellent with a range of activities and materials and groups that cater for all. A viable and effective centre, shame about the rest of the MH system within this trust. Thank you so much and I hope to see you soon.

Hi Beautifully Bipolar.

It is always nice for us as a team to hear positive feedback from our clients. We take great pride in offering a range of activities to help meet the needs of our clients. The Wellness Hub is about offering structure, routine and purposeful activity, and hopefully acts as a stepping stone to meet some of your future goals. We hope as always that our clients are brought into a supportive and relaxed environment.

It sound like the Woodlands Wellness Hub staff offered you some hope, in a time that was difficult for you, and I'm glad that one of our staff went that extra mile for you. I will be sure to let our staff know about your story,

Feedback is important to us all, both positive and negative. It might be worth approaching other services to voice your opinion, so that we can all improve the quality of treatment and care for all service users.
