"I would encourage others to go too"

I attended Ward 4, Outpatients at QMH recently and I just wanted to say it was such a positive experience for me.

I wish I could remember the names of the staff I met because all 3 were amazing. I was super nervous about the procedure and what the outcome could be, however everyone made me feel at ease and reassured. The procedure itself was totally fine, I felt listened to and cared for. I had some questions and they were answered in way I understood and left feeling so much better and calm about everything. Even managed to have a wee laugh about things.

This experience has genuinely made me feel like if I ever need to go back I 100% will, and I would encourage others to go too.

Thank you so much to the staff who looked after me, you have no idea how much your care has impacted me. I feel completely confident in my results and actually feel I can breathe again.
