"Unit 5 Falkirk Community Hospital"

About: Falkirk Community Hospital / Older peoples' services

(as a relative),

My Uncle was recently in Unit 5 in Falkirk Community Hospital for a second admission. He was in for a number of weeks whilst awaiting a care home placement. He had sadly lost his wife, and had two long admissions with his own health (recurrent delirium etc).

The care that he received was to a very high standard and importantly, the staff genuinely cared. We could see how busy they were, but they always took the time to make sure that every patient was attended to and looked after.

Many thanks from the family.

My uncle is now settled into a lovely care home and his admission has helped with this transition.

The team at FCH Unit 5 are delighted to learn that your Uncles' care experience with us has been a positive one, and equally so, that he has now settled well into his new accommodation. We really appreciate you taking the time to provide this feedback to us and we're so pleased to learn that the move has gone well for him. Thank you.
