Letter sent to gp by cardiac nurse had to wait 5weeks for appointment as my husband is housebound we requested to have this done by

phone. The go rang at 11.34 on 8thNov I answered and he put the phone down I rang the surgery straight away to be told he would probably ring back. He didn’t he put on my husbands medical record that we had not answered and he had left a message as I do not have any messages this was a lie and this was an important call to discuss heart medication needed. This is not what you expect from a GP shame on you
