"Being seen in A&E for my daughter"

About: Scarborough General Hospital / Accident and emergency

(as a parent/guardian),

I recently visited A&E, staff at the desk were pleasant and was directed to the children’s waiting room, I was seen within ten minutes by a doctor who listened to what had happened to my daughter and how this had happened previously, he checked her over and popped her elbow back in, he was kind and also gave her a teddy, it was a quick visit, were I felt listened to, by kind people and my daughters injury was dealt with.
