(as a service user),

Whenever I order via the NHS app and add a comment, the comment appears to be completely ignored - why? I then have to ring up and chase this, and then they’ll look at the comment (about a medication item) and then address it.

Secondly, after waiting over 30mins to get to the front of the line, the least you can expect is that the member of staff focuses on your call instead of chatting to their mates/colleagues in between your call - I feel it’s disrespectful and rude. Perhaps the Practice Manager can be more present in managing the staff?
