I was asking the receptionist for an appointment with the nurse after the surgery to remove my staples. I was rudely informed that they had no availability for 2 weeks.
I was really upset that she did not even attempt to make some accommodation but the nurses were very helpful and made an appointment for me within 3 days for which I'm very grateful.
