I was treated extremely well, seen on time and was delighted to meet the optician who checked me.

The Optician was helpful, kind and very pleasant, it was a pleasure to be seen by him.

I am very grateful for the kindness shown.

I was not feeling well at the time of the appointment and for a couple of days before this and the Optician and a Nurse within the Dept took me to A&E and helped me to get attended to, which was so kind of them both and over and above what would be the normal procedure. I am so grateful for their assistance and kindness.
