About: Maternity care / Maternity/Gynae Outpatients

(as a service user),

I attended the Nurse Led Pessary clinic today in Daisyhill Hospital ANOPD. I was greeted by the friendly and helpful receptionist Leanne who helped me sign in for my appointment. On my way to the waiting room the Sister Myra took the time to say hello and made sure I had checked in ok. 

The nurse Michelle that carried out my procedure was extremely professional and knowledgeable and made me feel very at ease. I was comfortable throughout.

Michelle explained everything and reassured me. I would like to thank all them for their care.

I wish to thank you personally for your lovely feedback for our service -it was heart warming as Manager for the service, to read your kind words for myself and my team members, Leanne and Michelle.
