My son required medical attention at the minor injuries unit in Altnagelvin after falling at creche. From start to finish the care and service we received was exceptional. I can’t thank all of the staff enough for their care towards both myself and my son. It was first class, the two lovely girls at radiography made him feel so at ease as did the great nurse who assessed him. Too often we hear of negative stories regarding experiences at our hospitals and I just wanted to take a minute to show our appreciation of this great service. Thanks again!
