About: Community Services (Adult Physical Health) / Specialist falls team

(as the patient),

I was referred by my GP after a fall to the falls clinic and I went twice to the clinic and was seen by Kate who was really good offering me physio exercises.

Then I was seen at home by another lady who got me the equipment Corallina. She got me a walker and a grab rail and step extended.

Kate was Physio, she was really good and the other saw me in my own home.

Both have been marvellous, thank you.
