I went to the hospital to get venesection for my haemochromatosis condition, which I have been attending on a weekly basis for a few weeks now.

The nurses, Therese, Maureen and Shannon were very friendly and have helped make me feel more at ease, which has helped make the whole experience a lot more bearable.
Therese and Maureen were very helpful in providing information about Haemochromatosis, for instance for in terms of dietary precautions and details about potentially donating blood in the future.
The staff are very polite and welcoming, and in my opinion are very knowledgeable and approachable.
The lady at reception was also very polite as well!
I'd like to thank everyone in the male medical ward for their hard work and their caring and polite manner, which has helped make me feel more at ease when coming to give blood in the future. Thanks!
