Gall bladder flare up brought me to A and e at 2 am. Swift triage and pain management by a great team with follow up care in day admissions unit. Attended same day admissions unit for surgery - removal of gall bladder.
The kindness, care, patience and compassion shown to me was excellent, from care staff right through to consultant was wonderful and I'm so grateful to the whole team for the excellent care.
I would like to particularly thank Charge Nurse Alyson for her care and attention and Gillian too. Wonderful staff and a wonderful team. Thank you all!
