"Visit to emergency eyecare clinic"

About: Royal Devon & Exeter Hospital (Wonford) / Ophthalmology

(as the patient),

Had a problem with my right eye which needed urgent attention to determine if any corrective surgery was required.

Was attended to by Caitlin, who gave my eyes a thorough examination and explained to me what the situation was and that surgery wasn’t needed on this occasion.

Caitlin explained how to look after myself/my eye over the next week to reduce the risk of any further problems and what to do if there were any changes.

Caitlin was very helpful and friendly and left me feeling reassured about my condition.

Thank you for taking the time to leave the Emergency Eye Service your kind feedback- I will be sure to pass this onto Caitlin. I'm glad to hear all went well with your examination and you felt reassured after your visit.
