(as a service user),

Got my Flu vaccine at the front reception in the royal Victoria hospital. Hanna was absolutely amazing, talked me through everything she was going to do she had the vaccine done in less in 2 minutes she was so kind and lovely such an amazing nurse and a credit to the Belfast trust
