I think the new smart appointment system is a good idea. It was fairly straightforward and easy to use. Some of the questions are not quite detailed enough but I'm sure it will continue to be improved. At least we have a chance at getting an appointment now, whereas before it was getting very difficult and unacceptable.

Thank you for sharing your feedback on our new appointment system. We’re pleased to hear that you found it straightforward and easy to use. We meet regularly with Rapid Health who provide our Smart Triage tool and pass on feedback to them from patients to keep improving the service. Your input is greatly appreciated, as we’re always looking for ways to refine and improve the system.

We understand it could be difficult to access the surgery using our previous appointment system, and we’re glad that the new system is making a positive difference for you.

Your support and patience as we continue to enhance the experience mean a lot to us. If you have any further suggestions, we’d love to hear them!
