Visited A & E after a fall which had caused deep cuts to my head and hand. The department was short of staff and there was, understandably, long waiting times. However, the care was meticulous and I cannot imagine anything more that could be done.
I was surprised to receive follow up calls from 2 doctors when I arrived home to Cheltenham.
