"Physiotherapy Service at home"

I had a fall at home fracturing one foot and spraining the other and was discharged after two weeks in hospital using crutches and a walking frame. All the staff on this service have been excellent and I cannot fault them at all.

They assessed me to see what I could do and incorporated an exercise plan. I was worried about being able to do the stairs with two leg braces on and odd shaped stairs however this was not a problem. Focusing on what I was doing and taking my time has made me feel confident.

I am so grateful this home service exists as is far easier than having to access a hospital service. All the staff deserve a big thank you,
