"Follow up after new wheelchair delivery"

About: Woodend Hospital Older Adult Rehab Services (SOARS) / Mobility and Rehab Services

(as a staff member posting for a carer/relative),

The new wheelchair was great, but we were having problems getting into the wheelchair accessible vehicle and the caregivers were also struggling because  one is 6 foot tall and one is 5 foot tall and the push handles were so low on the wheelchair. I called and an appointment was facilitated quickly and the adjustments were made and we were very happy.
