"Helpful Volunteer"

About: Royal Albert Edward Infirmary

I attended the infirmary today via Taxi for a Pet-ct Scan, and having not been to the Wigan Hospital before, I did not know where I was going. Upon approaching the desk near the main entrance and asking where to go, I was greeted by two volunteers, one who had only started the day before, both were friendly and helpful, with the new volunteer walking me over to where I needed to go, she was so friendly, and a credit to your team.

Scan went well, all the staff very pleasant and caring, a lovely hospital with an old feeling, and nostalgic which I like. Special thanks to your volunteer, I am sure she will do well in her new role.
