For my Doctor at Southview Partnership to advise me to go to straight to A&E on 31/10

I can’t explain how grateful I am that during my appointment my Doctor had a calm professional attitude throughout, she took the time to listen and examine me drawing to a quick conclusion all the while thinking about the next steps and about how serious the situation could get

Indeed the first 24 hours at the hospital was fraught and a little scary whilst the Doctors there had to try a variety of antibiotics until one started working

Whilst it took the hospital some time to confirm my GP’s diagnosis was correct and I really would hate to think what would have happened if I hadn’t had the appointment and if hadn’t followed her advice

I was discharged from hospital yesterday and am weak as a kitten but am so grateful that despite the system of e-consults that we all like to complain about, when things got serious my GP practice were fantastic and I would highly recommend
