"This is a fabulous service"

About: Craigavon Area Hospital / Ambulatory Care - Medical

(as a relative),

During a return visit to CAH A&E my father was brought to Ambulatory Care, he was treated, given a course of antibiotics and asked to return on the Monday morning at 9am.

We arrived that morning at 8.50, he was seen immediately and the care and attention to detail was amazing.  Dr Willis ensured he was seen by cardio and respiratory consultant and his needs where escalated.

The treatment he got from all of the staff was fabulous they made him feel very comfortable and were very attentive, a special mention to the Sister on Duty who was very willing to answer all our questions.

This is a fabulous service.  Well done to all the staff.

Thank you for your kind words regarding your time and care whilst in the ambulatory care unit.

I will ensure that your feedback is passed on to both medical and nursing staff.
