I recently attended the Minor Injuries Unit in Altnagelvin Hospital. The care and compassion was excellent.
From the initial call to the outpatients service to the return call from the triage nurse - both these ladies were very helpful and compassionate.
I was given an appointment then for the Minor Injuries Dept in outpatients. This was a smooth and stress free environment. Where I was seen by a doctor/consultant, nurse and the X ray department all under the the small facility.
The compassion and support from the staff was next to none. Therefore I wish to say Thank You to all for their support and care.
To Brian the clinician and Pamela the nurse for such compassion and care. Not to forget anyone :) that was involved from the call taker, the triage nurse to the admin staff Danielle at reception and the lady who took my x-rays - thank you all.
This service was caring, compassionate, stress free and efficient. Keep up the great work all!
"Thank you all for your compassion and care"
