(as a service user),

My 2-year-old had croup. We had really excellent care. We were referred by 111, timely phone back, seen really quickly.

Lovely, kind doctor who had a great manner with my child and explained things very clearly to me.

Quick treatment that worked really well. A brilliant service and we are very grateful.

Thank you for sharing your story on Care Opinion. I was sorry to read that you had cause to contact the 111 service due to your 2-year-old one developing croup. I hope the little one is now much more comfortable and starting to feel better.

I am delighted to read your call was answered and processed in a timely manner and we played a part in your positive experience.
