"Absolutely terrible "

Every single time I ask for an appointment I specifically select the option Email. I do this because of my job, I am not allowed my phone in work. I write it down every time and I also tell you this same story…… every single time you try to call me twice and then I have to redo the online consultation because you failed to read a simple request!

The service here is absolutely rubbish, I’ve literally stopped my mental health medication because you…..again did not email me like I asked.

But to be honest nobody there really cares anyway!

Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback on our service. I am sorry to read that you are not happy. Where possible, clinicians will try to adhere to contact requests, but depending on the type of concern, it may not be clinically possible to respond through email and could require further conversation which is best placed over the telephone.
