"No consent or knowledge of what was done"

Gynaecology department were not honest with me and performed procedures without my informed consent, including inserting coils and removing rpoc/gestational remains all whilst smiling to my face and telling me it was just a heavy period and mainly essentially normal. I feel that they then gaslit me and were further dishonest when I called out their narrative.

I did not find it helpful to complain through PALS, it seemed they were covering the hospital rather than supporting me. Make sure everything is in writing as in my experience, the works of fiction that materialised after the fact did not correlate with reality.  Complaints and SAR were met with procrastination, they omitted data, medical notes were manually edited and operations were not transparent. Duty of candour did not appear to exist.

Airedale General Hospital where are the remains of my child that you removed without my knowledge or consent? Did you comply with the human tissue authority?

This disrespect and indifference towards a precious human life is abhorrent.

I feel like I was assaulted.
