"First son delivery"

About: Royal Infirmary of Edinburgh at Little France / Lothian Birth Centre

(as the patient),

I went to the Edinburgh birth centre when my labour commenced.

The midwives who assisted me where absolutely amazing and the overall experience was great.

My partner and I had the chance to spend a couple of nights in one of the room of the birth centre, where the entire team was extremely caring and sweet!

The only thing that could have been improved was the showers.

Dear Mimi93,

Huge congratulations on the birth of your baby boy. I hope all is well.

May I take the time to thank you for taking the time out of this busy and exciting time to share your valuable feedback.

I am delighted as will be the team to hear of your positive feedback. It’s a delight to hear and is what we strive for.

I am sorry the showers were below par and that it marred your experience.

I will update the team of your comments and wish you and your family all the best for the future ahead.

kind regards

Fiona Lumber
