"Exceptional level of service"

I’d like to convey my utmost appreciation for the care I received  when I recently attended Hairmyres A&E on my GP’s recommendation.

I was seen by Dr. Cawley who carried out very thorough questioning and subsequent examination in order to best treat my issue. This was done with the utmost professionalism throughout and I am extremely grateful for the service and care provided.

I left the A&E department feeling very well looked after and reassured that Dr. Cawley’s diagnosis and treatment would resolve my ailment.

All too often, we are quick to criticise the NHS, and I felt it necessary and appropriate to call out this exceptional level of service.

I’d be grateful if you could pass this on to Dr. Cawley and senior responsible for the A&E department.
