(as a service user),

I was recently in Craigavon for surgery and needed an overnight stay and couldn't fault one person. I was well cared for by staff who were under pressure in busy wards and made my experience a lot easier. Every department was faultless, from Helen in physio, Maria and Dr Imran in ultrasound, Jill in the trauma ward and of course the team who performed my surgery were excellent.  This was a display of everything good in the NHS.
