"Extremely kind and helpful"

I recently had to attend Radiology with my sister. We were met on reception by Nicola who was extremely kind and helpful. I asked her a number of questions that were outside the remit of her department. She went out of her way to support me and find solutions to my queries. She was kind and courteous. I feel very grateful for her help and want to acknowledge her excellence in communication skills, customer and patient service. Thank you so much Nicola.
