"Thank you for caring for my son, and me"

My 15 year old son spent a few days on the children’s ward and I can’t express with words how much we appreciate every single thing the staff did.

They looked after him, he was given loads of Halloween goodies, the play team were there first thing in the morning providing stimulation so he didn’t get bored, considering he has been in a lot of pain he has really enjoyed his stay.

As his mum I would like to say thank you for looking after me also with food and asking how we were. I felt so listened to and I feel that’s very important in this busy hospital setting.

Appreciate and grateful for every member of staff that helped us both throughout our stay.
