"Terrible service "

About: Highfields Medical Centre

I have rang the surgery on the 28th f October at 1.52pm to request medicine. I was told on the phone that it will be sent to my vision pharmacy in 2-3 days. I went to the pharmacy 5 days later to find it not there. I asked at reception and they had no record of this call and blamed it al on me. I have severe hyperemis gravidarum and if I miss one dose of the tablets my sickness is terrible to the point I have to be in hospital on the drip. I am so disappointed at the service. My parents have already left due to the misinformed care of the service but I regret still staying at this surgery but will not be fore long. Something needs to change as this is ot what the NHS should be like!!!
