"Fantastic staff member"

About: Queen Elizabeth University Hospital Glasgow / Bones, joint and fractures

(as the patient),

I have been receiving treatment at the hand hub @QEUH, I would just like to thank the team there and special thanks to OT Jacquline for her outstanding care and service.

As a patient who was worried, Jaquline has put every worry at ease and helped me on the road to recovery, all with a smile and such a degree of care and professionalism with experience shining through at the same time!

I'm sure all staff are dedicated and all helping people get better, but some shine bright and that is what Jaquline seems to do and credit should be given when due !

Thanks to the NHS team QEUH
