"She made what was a really distressing time so much easier"

About: Forth Valley Royal Hospital / Gynaecology

(as a relative),

My daughter was referred to the Out of Hours Early Pregnancy Assessment Unit in Ward 6 at FVRH after suffering from complications.

Throughout our stay in the Ward, which was a difficult and distressing time, my daughter, her partner and I were supported by a Healthcare Support Worker called Maggie. Maggie was calm and supportive as well as being warm, friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble for her and she made what was a really distressing time so much easier for us all. Thank you from the bottom of my heart Maggie.

Dear kayla2022

Thank you for sharing your daughters recent experience when she was referred to the Early Pregnancy Service. It is lovely to learn that the care and support provided to you all by Maggie made a distressing situation a little easier to deal with.

I will pass on your kind words to Maggie and I do hope your daughter and her partner are recovering well at home.

Best wishes

Kirsty MacInnes
