(as the patient),

Over the last 2 years 9 months I have had braces (top and bottom) which were fitted by Abdul at the orthodontics department. 

Unfortunately he was unable to remove my brace due to our schedules not marrying up - but thankfully Ikmal and Sue were on hand to save the day.
