My daughter had an accident on her scooter a year ago . It left her with an injury to her mouth including baby teeth and emerging adult teeth.
I just want to write a message of gratitude for all the people who have done so much to help her over several appointments across the last 12 months . I have been overwhelmed at how great the consultants , students , care staff and everyone else in the hospital has been. I don’t feel like they get enough credit and positive feedback . They make the daunting prospect of ongoing treatment and repeat appointments more bearable for her simply by how they go about their work. She doesn’t hate going anymore and knows she is in good hands.
All questions and concerns are answered and addressed with a smile. The support and care goes well over and above and something I have felt this needs to be highlighted . I am unsure if this is even the correct platform for it but would be great if they can see this feedback .
A special mention to John ( I’m so sorry I don’t have his second name) but he has long curly hair and wears a rainbow name badge . He stopped what he was doing to come over and see my daughter and has always been exceptionally supportive and comforting for my daughter . He is cheery and has a unique way of speaking to her . Every interaction is organic and fun.
Thanks again for everything.
