I was forgotten by the midwifes. Doctor was the one who realized the midwives haven’t talked to me because they haven’t filled in my green notes. (When I was going into doctor's room, I could see two midwifes sitting on table and chatting).
Nurse passed my green notes to midwives so they can just fill in. But not even one question was asked about mental health or they didn’t explain to me how to feed the baby. What is the point to have these notes?
Out of all appointment there was one midwife who actually asked me some medical questions or asked me how the pregnancy is going or how my mental health has been. It's a shame that all midwives are filling in notes without actually checking in or actually asking.
At the start of the pregnancy I was offered Get Ready for Baby classes, what I have agreed on. When I was asking when this is happening midwives said there is no such a thing. I am about to give birth when I found out from other pregnant women that the classes are actually happening.
What is going on with the SWAH and women's health team? I am truly sad about midwife notes and that just makes me feel not looked after and failed by the hospital system.
