"Very rude receptionist "

Visited 11:45 29Oct. Had appointment for diabetic eye clinic. On coming downstairs to level 1 didn’t see sign to clinic so asked at reception desk. We then had the misfortune to speak to the rudest, sarcastic receptionist we’d ever come across. (The sign for anyone’s future reference is in yellow near the ceiling) she virtually called us both blind and kept repeating you should see it, if we had seen it, we wouldn’t have bothered asking! The receptionist’s people skills could do with retraining. Bearing in mind the stress patients go through when visiting any medical facilities. We’re both pensioners & feel should be given some respect Not sarcasm! Perhaps the receptionist shouldn’t be working in a caring environment if she can’t at least be polite.
