(as a staff member posting for a carer/relative),

Hi I just want to say a big thank you to Carmel who works in Ramone 1 Fraility ,she recently looked after  my Mother ,every time I was in the ward she was friendly and always smiling ,Carmel always puts a smile  on my mother face with her lovely singing and especially when she sits with her and plays her favourite hymns which this is very comforting to her ,I was lucky enough to watch Carmel interact with my mother with such compassion and kindness I will be forever grateful to her  thank you so much Carmel for the care you given to my Mum you are one special person

I am so happy you have recognized that they do an amazing job and should be so proud of themselves. I am very proud of them they work very a hard to provide this
