About: West Glasgow Ambulatory Care Hospital (Yorkhill) / West Glasgow Maternity Care Centre

(as the patient),

The care that I have received from many members of the West Glasgow Ambulatory Care team has been out standing. From the regular appointments during pregnancy, the antenatal classes before birth to my two weeks post birth care. I gained knowledge and confidence about going into labour and my husband also felt the same. The post birth care I have received has been excellent, we really felt supported throughout this time and could truly see the level of knowledge and experience that the team have.

Dear vegatw76

Congratulations on the birth of your baby and thank you for taking the time to tell us about the care you have received from the midwives and team within the West Ambulatory Care Centre.

It was lovely to read about your experience from antenatal clinics, antenatal education classes and care your received after you had your baby, I will share your kind words with the team who will be delighted to hear how they they have impacted to both you and your husband in gaining knowledge and confidence for birth and for care of your baby,
