I contacted the surgery through the E-consult concerning a knee problem. I received a phone the same day and had an x-ray was arranged. Once the x-ray results were back, a face to face appointed was arranged quickly. The Doctor listened carefully to my concerns and clearly outline my options. I left feeling very comfortable with the decisions made, and a clear way forward. The Doctor was excellent. I couldn’t wish for a better experience. Thank you to all concerned.
