"Instantly made me feel at home"

About: Neurodiversity Services / Doncaster ADHD team

(as a service user),

Due to a big break in medication and care, I needed a re-diagnosis. I was in with Mandy.

I explained I had other mental health issues along with a very sad and traumatic past. The two girls instantly made me feel at home and comfortable, which very much led me to being able to open up and explain my situation and feelings.

Most of the time, I'm just happy these things are over, but I'm looking forward to my next appointment and getting the crucial help I need.

Having already been let down numerous times for my mental health, this has restored my faith. Thank you.

Hi I am Jo the Team Manager for the ADHD Team. Thank you for your lovely feedback regarding your recent engagement with the team. It was so nice to hear that you felt supported and listened to regarding your ongoing ADHD and Mental Health Symptoms. It is so important to all of to us that our patients are able to be open and honest when discussing their thoughts and feelings regarding their ongoing symptoms. thankyou I'd appreciate that and as you can see from my other review other services like you should take a leaf from your book on how to handle and manage difficult struggling patients I thankyou for being so helpful and getting me the treatment I need I really hope other services see this and make a change to there own behaviour
