"Nervous about Detox"

Before i came in to Dame Carol i was very nervous and i didnt feel supported mentally enough the week before my detox started.

The journey here was nice, and on my admission day i met Naomi first and her smile made me comfortable. I felt very welcomed by every single person . All i got are smiles,warmth ,care and understanding. They have a good strong team who work well together. 

Pillows are really thin and uncomfortable. The mattress itself was comfortable enough. I liked the furniture in my bedroom. The only problem was is the lack of coat hangers.

The shower is nice too, but it needs a better sealing/barrier at the door,because often the water leaks in the to bedroom.

The food was grand. 

I would have liked the opportunity to do more sport related activities. 

I loved all the groups, i was very closed mind about them at first but once i tried them i liked them.
